Where is my package?

After placing your order, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days to process it and 6 to 8 business days for delivery, provided that you placed your order before 5:00 PM. If this period has passed, please contact our customer service team.

Where can I find my tracking code (Track & Trace)?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails can sometimes end up there. Note that it may take a little while before the Track & Trace link becomes active.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the Track & Trace number you received by email. Enter this number on our Track & Trace page to view the status of your delivery.
