1. Where is my package?

After placing your order, it usually takes 1–2 business days to process your order and 5–7 business days for delivery, provided that you placed your order before 5:00 PM.
If this period has passed, please contact our customer service team.

2. Where can I find my tracking code?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking code via email.
Please also check your spam folder, as our emails can sometimes end up there.
Note that it may take a short while before your tracking link becomes active.

3. How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email.
Enter your tracking code on our Track & Trace page to view the delivery status.
You can do this directly on our website.

4. I’m not satisfied with my package

Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions on how to return your package.
